  1. UNIMOT S.A. with its registered office in Zawadzkie, ul. Świerklańska 2A, 47-120 Zawadzkie, KRS: 0000382244, NIP: 7561967341, REGON: 160384226 is the data controler of your personal data (hereinafter UNIMOT).
  2. UNIMOT has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted at the email address odo1@unimot.pl.
  3. Personal data will be processed:
    1. in order to respond to a notification sent directly to the UNIMOT via email address or using interactive forms (Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR));
    2. in order to implement the legitimate interest of UNIMOT consisting in the possible determination or pursuit of claims or defense against claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
    3. in order to implement the legitimate interest of UNIMOT consisting in enabling access to the requested services and information (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
  4. Personal data will be transferred to:
    1. entities providing UNIMOT with services necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data is processed, such as advertising, marketing and legal services;
    2. suppliers of IT systems and IT services (including hosting, service and programming companies);
    3. entities from the Unimot Capital Group.
  5. Personal data will be processed for the period of:
    1. pursuing claims;
    2. until the objection is submitted. In the case of data processed as part of the legitimate interest of UNIMOT.
  6. You have the right to: access the content of the data and request their rectification, deletion, processing restrictions, the right to transfer data and the right to object to data processing. The exercise of rights takes place by submitting an appropriate application to the Data Protection Officer.
  7. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), when you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
  8. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary in order to receive a response to the message sent.
